Unworn pairs in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund, subject to the notes below.

Eligibility
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, unmarked and returned in their original packaging with all tags. Footwear that shows wear, outdoor use or alteration cannot be accepted as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty or incorrect items are handled under Australian Consumer Law and are not limited to the change-of-mind window.
How to return
Contact us with your order number so we can issue a return authorisation. Ship the pair with tracking. Once we inspect and accept the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Buying opens with the first published collection. Until then, this policy describes how returns will work when orders begin.
