Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. Prices are in Australian dollars. When we are registered to collect GST, the price you see is inclusive of GST.

Shipping is quoted at checkout before you pay. It is optional in the sense that you choose a method; the amount shown for the method you choose is the amount charged.

We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount charged, including shipping.

Delivery

We ship within Australia only. Delivery estimates are guides, not promises. Title and risk in the goods pass when the carrier delivers to the address you provided.

Please check tracking once your order ships. If a parcel is marked delivered and you cannot find it, contact us with the tracking number and we will help with the carrier.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded. More detail is published by the ACCC at accc.gov.au.

Goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any purpose we state. If there is a major failure — for example the pair is unsafe, significantly different from the listing, or unfit for its ordinary purpose — you may choose a refund or a replacement. If the failure is minor, we may repair the pair first, within a reasonable time.

Change of mind

Size, comfort and simply deciding the pair is not for you are change of mind, unless the shoes do not match the listing. Change-of-mind returns follow the returns page.

Accounts

You may check out as a guest. An account is optional and lets you see order history and save addresses. Keep your password to yourself. We may close an account we reasonably believe is being misused.

Liability

Where the ACL allows us to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, and you acquire the goods as a consumer, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of replacement — at your election where the ACL gives you that choice. We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, or other liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. That choice of law does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
